Our
Projects
St. Christopher's Episcopal Church, is a congregation rooted in faith, resilience, and community presence. For decades, we have served as both a spiritual home and trusted neighborhood anchor - offering worship, pastoral care, and outreach that extends beyond the walls of the church.
St. Christopher's has discerned a call to expand its impact through mission aligned real-estate development. This work will be advanced through the Center of Grace, the church's initiative to steward its land and assets in service of both ministry and long-term sustainability. The Center of Grace emerged from listening to the congregation, the community partners, and the evolving needs of Prince George's County. The needs are clear:
-
A shortage of affordable, quality housing
-
increasing vulnerability to climate related events
-
Fragmented access to health, social, and resilience services
-
A need for gathering spaces that nurture both community and spiritual life.
St. Christopher's believes the Center of Grace represents more than a development project. It is a faithful response to a changing community aligning land, ministry and sustainability to meet both present needs and future opportunity.
